WHY PERFORMANCE
The JRCarri.com bike seat is a road rider's one of a
kind seating concept that is guaranteed to bring you
duration, performance and ergonomic results. I can only
say so much about this saddle but it will have to be up to
you to ultimately discover my invention's benefits. I
already know those benefits and wouldn't trade it in.
I love mountain biking and would not leave this seat on
for an mtb race, but I do use it on an mtb only when I
know I will not be doing any maneuvering through
technical and rocky trails. My training for an mtb race is
usually aerobic based, long rides for which this seat is
well suited. As for technical trail training and racing, I just
switch out the JRCarri.com seat and slide in a traditional
seat.
Of course, the latter lets me train longer without being
turned off by painful saddle sores, groin pain, or even
worse, a pulled groin which is what usually happens to
me when I spend too much time and effort on a traditional
seat. And even more personal, my perineal tract takes on
an irritating beating that "private personal performance"
(you know what I mean) is not as intense. So pretty much
all the above reasons are a combination of why I invented
the seat. It won't let you down, I guarantee it.
Now, to get to the point of "WHY PERFORMANCE". The
illustrations you see along the right side, are provided to
help me explain a variety of seating positions and
performance benefits that only the seat's actual usage
will prove. **None the less, a standard feature and fact to
keep in mind throughout each illustration, is that once you
sit on it, you will notice that there will be no backward
movement and slippage or shifting, lesser pelvic
movement and also, you will feel better containment and
leverage. The containment feature involves the entire
body at three critical points as follows: 1) the hands are
leveraging off the handle bars, 2) the pelvic girdle and
center of gravity is leveraging off the seat ledges and 3)
the legs are leveraging off the pedals. This equals a
powerful performance combination.
Lean forward as much as you need too because the
nose will never bear any sitting weight nor create
pressure. That's because you are seated above the nose
with the pelvis and glute muscle taking on the weight
and impact - not the perineal's non-muscle tissue.
Wow! How awesome is that! What more could you
possibly want from a saddle! Yes, I know its not out
amidst the high end performance market and who knows
if any manufacturer ever will. Its frustrating to me
because I'd like to get it to you guys in a fancy material
like carbon fiber etc. They would rather protect their
current projects than let this seat spoil it for them. But
know this, it is here and now and you can have this
performance edge before your competitor even knows
what hit 'em.

up hill taking advantage of
all the "leverage and
containment" benefits that
will help you max out a hill
climb.
Fig. 2 - is a rider on a
descent, who has slightly
shifted the back of his
thighs upon the ledges
which lets you relax your
thighs while in an
aerodynamic position.

trial position utilizing all the
"leverage and containment"
benefits without saddle
shifting and discomfort.
