Dear Fellow Democrats:

A new energy economy is starting to move through Congress, against which, Republicans are doing
everything they can to try to keep from converting from an existing oil and gas market to a new “clean energy
economy”.  This is a necessary direction for economic rebuilding and long term stability.  If Elitist’s get their
way the new Democratic economic plans will not go into effect and the next Republican term will even further
deteriorate our economy.   It will be like we never did vote for a Democratic Presidency and the economic
instability will simply be turned over again to a continued Republican/Elitist ideology and we will be worse off
than we currently are.  The situation is dramatic with dire consequences.  Job lay offs and homelessness is
already a problem and can be projected realistically.  Where will the next Republican term get their budget if
none will be recovered by the Democratic term?  Socialism is the product of a huge budget deficit such as
the one left behind by the Bush Administration.
The Democratic term of 8 years must intercede and take its naturally evolved political term for recovery.
The depleting ideology of elitism has taken its toll and now we must have it’s counter balancing Democratic
recovery.  This term is unique because it, not only involves a change of political power between two political
ideologies but also a change of market transition from the old ways of oil and gas markets to a “must do”
economic plan geared for the unique times we are in.  Republicans are right on track with their ideology and
that is to tax working class families, which is simply more of the failed Bush Administration strategy and how it
has been since the beginning of American government. This is clear cut Republican taxation still lingering
despite who is elected. The latter ideal must take a backseat for at least 8 years for recovery to set in.  Just
as the Democratic term, during the Clinton years, left the budget in a surplus and just as the Democratic term
of Carter recovered us after Nixon, and so on.  It is not about who is elected but more so about Democratic
or Republican ideologies interchanging on a per term basis.  They must rotate to maintain a healthy nation.
Yes, despite who is elected, when you vote Republican you are simply voting Elitist.  Elitist is not
government, it is self interest, which means one or a few who get their ways through Congress at the
expense of even fueling revolution just so long as they remain in a position of power and control.  But it is a
necessary rotation for our form of government.  The unique issue of a huge and influential market transition
along side a routine political change of power makes our current situation even more dangerous because a
powerful market wants to maintain its position of power and influence and can not afford a term that is aiming
to convert to a new energy economy.
“We the people” voted for Democratic government for a reason, to get our “collective” interests, not
“self” interests, through in order to rebuild back to a surplus budget just like the Clinton Administration did,
and yes a surplus budget will happen again.  “We the people” must stand together against Elitism which may
as well be dictatorial.  Do not fall for their promotional and divisive tactics and will take every means to
protect their interests.  To the oil and gas elitist and other big business, government is just a pawn not for the
people;  thus the phrase “trickle down economics”, think about that phrase for a while.  Don’t fall for their
influence and market manipulation. Their strategy is to frame the Democratic plan as a huge new tax on
working families - it is not!  Their approach is not collective "for the people" but "for a few people".
Elitists find it worth while to invest in promotional issues that draw their unsuspecting voting populations
to vote them in, so they go to all extremes just to keep you voting them in.  Elitist are a nation onto
themselves and not for the people.  They have had their term - turn with Bush and raped the economy to
benefit them, as they always do.  It is the Democratic turn to rebuild and take back our country so that it may
benefit the people.  The high dollar party pushers are investing for their fundamental Republican ideology
which is to tax working class families.  That’s it, that’s the way it has been and always will be the bottom line –
taxing the working class.  Don’t fall for their counter promotions to keep their power – it is time for change!
“If Republicans convince voters that clean energy legislation amounts to a new tax, Obama's plan is
toast. We need to show how investing in clean energy would save Americans money and rebuild the
economy for the 21st century. Our strategy is to pressure Congress with TV and radio ads telling the truth
about Obama's plan. And we will intensify grassroots organizing efforts in hundreds of districts to counter
industry lobbying.”

“The truth is, shifting away from dirty energy is great for working families—and it's essential to rebuilding our
tanking economy. But a big lie can start to seem like the truth if we don't.”

Sincerely,

Juan R. Carrillo
